- Thai Soup Stock or chicken broth
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced

- Bring stock to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Add carrot, Onion and simmer 20 minutes or until meat is cooked through. Add the pork and fish sauce and simmer 5 minutes Garnish with scallion, and cilantro, deep-fried garlic, Sliced Boiled eggs
